L&T Panipat Elevated Corridor Limited (L&T PECL) is a matured road asset and a landmark project in the heart of Panipat, Haryana. The 10 km long expressway was built to ease the traffic on NH1 between Delhi and Chandigarh. The entire stretch has been developed into a 6 lane access control highway with an elevated 6 lane structure to by-pass the city of Panipat. The INR 4.22 billion Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project has been executed by L&T PECL in which L&T IDPL has a 100% shareholding.

National Highways Authority of India had allotted a 20 year concession period (which started in January 2006)  to L&T PECL to finance, design, build, operate and maintain this facility. The project which commenced commercial operations in July 2008, has set a new benchmark for excellence in the arena of expressways in India.
