Watrak Bridge (Gujarat)

LTIDPL INDVIT Services Limited, an SPV of the L&T Group, was formed to execute the project for the construction of a two-lane bridge across river Watrak, including the approach roads near village Kheda on the Ahmedabad-Vadodara section of NH 8 in Gujarat on BOT basis. The scope of this INR 500 million project included the construction of a 335-m long bridge, around 9.2 km of approach roads, and strengthening of 10 km of the existing road. The project was completed in March 2001, well ahead of schedule and the concession period of this NHAI project got over in December 2009
